Another double decker OVD full additive wax up. Always a challenge sticking to existing gingival margins and working to a prescribed thickness!

Additive wax up heading out! Always feel limited by what can be done with only additive composite work but this one came out better than imagined with a slight gingivectomy as per clients request which helps work to prevent the neck looking bulbous.

Functional gingivectomy stent using CBCT scan & wax up to determine final gingiva position. Stent is fabricated to fit over pre-operative situation without the wax up for most accurate fit!

Another roundhouse digital wax up. Being able to overlay the photo of the patient accurately always leads to a nice curve in the smile line and lets us choose the best tooth mould for each case!

Little double decker wax up heading out today! We spend a lot of time making sure occlusion is 100%, checking all excursions and working with our clients to ensure the guidance is where you want it. OVD Case - Additive lower.

A little more of the same! Another wax up & gingivectomy design heading out today. With most of our wax ups clients send patient photos, which we can overlay to the design to get the best curve in the smile and eliminate any cants. We can then send this over in a webviewer for approval before manufacture! The ExoCAD Webviewers don't need any additional software to open and can even be opened up on an iPhone!

With work re-appearing we're busy designing helping to clear backlogs! Digital wax up with planned gingivectomy and 3d printed stent. The stent is manufactured to fit intimately the pre-operative anatomy but using the contour of the planned wax up to get maximum accuracy.

1-2 Texture Crew on a Double Decker Wax Up!!

A great advantage to digital wax ups is the ability to re-use the design for further projects. We ensure our wax ups are properly in occlusion and finished to a high standard.

Why stop at shape? 😀 Using tools in CAD for different light sources we can really tune in the surface texture on any anterior work to get the design as bespoke and natural as possible!

Something a little different... a pair of customised locator abutments!

They're not always big cases! Just a little three unit bridge on custom abutments.

Custom bar design for a client headed out! Because of a limited height this bar was design with a polished metal basal and lingual surface. Communication with the client allowed us to shape the ridge for a cleansable design.

A follow up to the thimble substructure case posted earlier! We took the set-up scan as a guide and tweaked the aesthetics and function a little as per the clients request.

A case where we have designed a bar that has been manufactured, and this is the over-sleeve that will be milled in Zirconia and bonded together. This allows a zirconia restoration in cases even with four implants and a large spread even with a limited height. A high end full arch restorative solutions.

Design for reduced zirconia bridge just heading out. For larger cases your pre-operative scans can give us a more precise blueprint. We can take this and fine tune the contour and occlusion turning stock teeth into something a little more natural!
