The Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED) and Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (BECED) Freshmen and Transferees gathered today at Room 130 to start their first session of Departmental General Orientation.

The first session was headed by the Chairperson of the Elementary Education Department, Dr. Janet C. Parpa. The Elementary Education Dept. Faculty who are also the HEEROO Advisers, Dr. Jessa M. Macalunod and Prof. Kathleen C. Fookson were also introduced. Dr. Parpa emphasized that the 3 faculty members of the department are the triangle who continuously deliver quality holistic teaching and mentoring. Indeed, the department is in good hands.

The HEEROO officers were also introduced to the new students. HEEROO President Fiona Cuyuca also shared about the organization and its objectives.

It was a fun-filled orientation with the students creating and presenting their own yell to show their eagerness for this semester. 🌟💛💙

The CU - HEERO Officers attended the ASEAN 2023 Commemorative Celebration with the theme "ASEAN Matters: Epicentrum of Growth" at the Capitol University Gymnatorium.

Public and private Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) also gathered and showcased the culture of ASEAN member-countries.

Congratulations to Capitol University for the commendable work as Host Institution during the ASEAN 2023 Comemmorative Celebration! 🎉

We warmly welcome our BEED & BECED Freshmen, Upperclassmen, and Transferees! 🥳
