Kimbap, also known as gimbap, is the name of a rice dish wrapped in seaweed leaves (kim means seaweed, bap is rice). Koreans often make kimbap to take out to eat at picnics or outdoor events, or during light lunches. Kimbap is often eaten along with pickled radish or kimchi.

Gochujang or red chilli paste is a savoury, sweet, and spicy fermented condiment popular in Korean cooking. 

Our homemade gochujang is made from : ( Korean chilli flakes, Korean chilli powder, salt, sugar , water , rice vinegar, and soy sauce ). Our gochujang is vegan friendly as well .

This paste has been well incorporated and is suitable for people who don't like spicy stuff. This paste is both sweet and has a little kick of spice.

Ps ( you can adjust your paste by adding more spice to it ) - take a bowl and get some gochujang paste into the bowl , dilute the paste by using your preferred liquid e.g ( vinegar, oil, water or even apple cider vinegar ) after it gets to your prefered paste ish liquid level add your preferred / desired amount of chilli.

Uses:

Gochujang is mostly used as a base for stews.
Chicken Stir Fry / Beef stir fry.
Tteokbokki.
Kimchi and many more.

It can also be used to amp up dipping sauces, bring savoury intensity to soups, and be slathered on as a marinade for meats.

NB: This paste can last you way longer if you follow these simple steps.

1. A spoonful of gochujang paste in a bowl
2. Preferred soy sauce
3. Honey
4. Chilli flakes
5. Vinegar

Mix thoroughly until well incorporated, pour mixture to your cuts of meat ( chicken or beef ).
Or even to your soup.
