Pink ombre vanilla sponge, vanilla buttercream and pink ombre exterior finished with a white chocolate drip! Decorated with meringue lollipops, meringue kisses and fruit 😍Loved experimenting with the meringues to create this design!

Raspberry and White Chocolate Cupcakes
Loved designing these cupcakes this week! Vanilla sponge with a homemade raspberry jam centre, topped with white chocolate buttercream 😍

Last week I was commissioned to bake and decorate 90 biscuits! All packaged into individual cellophane bags to keep them fresh!

This is a cake of two halves (literally!)...business at the back and party at the front! 😍
This is a gluten free vanilla sponge, with vanilla buttercream and homemade lemon curd! Decorated with a water colour effect, fresh fruit and chocolate! The best part is that the computer screen, keyboard, mouse and circuit board are all made using sugar paste!
