I have been so busy with my meetings and running around it’s been hard to track!! So I present you MY WW MEAL PREP for the week! 16 meals (only 14 pictured we ate 2 for dinner) but even better you guys it’s $31 for all. That’s $1.94 PER MEAL!! Talk about savings!!! Each time I eat a different one I will take a picture and show you and tell you what it is! But below I will post everything I needed for the whole thing!!😍 (I did all my shopping at aldi)

My number one goal and what started my journey again was to make the dress fit! I was a bridesmaid in my best friends wedding and it didn’t fit! It didn’t even pretend to fit lol. I knew I couldn’t get the dress taken out, there was no extra fabric. So I had a goal. Let the dress zip.

Two weeks before the wedding the dress fully zipped!! I was so excited! It was perfect!
Now my next goal has to come! I have a goal weight, yes but the big thing to remember especially if your working out is the scale becomes a liee lol. So I will get there eventually.
My next goal is going to keep going. Keep sharing. Sounds silly but the best thing you can do is not stop because you achieve goal one of your journey! ❤️
This last week I was out for another occasion, I’m tired, I ate not the best for lunch (all food was provided so I didn’t meal plan) — but the week is over I weighed in and didn’t gain!! I made smart choices outside of those meals — THAT IS WHAT IS MOST IMPORTANT!! Do not sabotage your journey!!
2020 will be filled of change , you just have to decide what kind!😘

👉🏽Ore Ida Hash browns- 1 point for 3/4 cup. 👉🏽Egg- 0points
👉🏽Predue simply breaded chicken tenders (picture if you swipe)- 3 points for 2.
👉🏽mixed sprinkle of fat free mozzarella and cheddar- less than 1/4 cup is 0 points

I cook chicken tenders in air fryer for like 6 mins so they can get nice and crispy. Scramble eggs and hashbrowns. Warm tortilla for a few seconds. And put it all together! So yummy, if I wanted less points use same ingredients just 1 less tortilla!

HELLOO DINNER!! 🌮🥗 6 points WW blue plan!!💙 I love getting taco shells when I eat out like at Qdoba but the points are always like 18+ for my meal. Crazy right. So tonight I was like I want tacos!! But I was like what if I put a tortilla in a taco bowl maker in my airfryer! So I did ONLY 2 minutes in there and boom 2 points and it was ready! Then I just added all my taco ingredients and ate it!! Soo good!!

Here’s what I used:
Carb smart tortilla-2points
2 oz 96/4 ground beef- 1point
3 tbsp Fat free refried beans- 0points
Taco seasoning- 1 point
1 tbsp Light sour cream- 1 point
Chichis salsa- 0 points
2 tbsp reduced fat Fiesta blend cheese- 1 point
Lettuce- 0 points
Corn- 0 points

QUICK EASY BREAKFAST!! 3-5Points!! 💙 I have only found this oatmeal at the cinnamon roll one is sooooo good!! I eat two packs because it keeps me full for a while!! 3 points for one pack, 5 points for 2!! 90 seconds in microwave and good!!

Doing this for my babies!! They deserve a happier, healthier, more active mom!! They deserve me feeling my best so that way i can be more present for them. The first few months feel like extra tracking and another step vs just eating but that is how all lifestyle changes are. It gets easier!! It gets more exciting, more creative!! You got this. Uhm Yes! 6 point dinner!!💙 so I always scan turkey burgers and they are usually 4-6 points for the patty. I’m also not a huge fan of turkey burger, but the other day I got these Natural CHICKEN burgers!! OH MY GOSH!! I expected similar to turkey burger... NOOO SO MUCH BETTER!!! I told Zak I’m going to eat these instead of Chick-fil-A’s grilled chicken sandwich I like it so much better!! & only 3 points for the patty!! I got it at Kroger

Sprayed pan with Olive oil pam spray. Heated patty medium heat in pan for 6 mins on each side (they come frozen) with garlic salt and some pepper. Easy!!

Happy Sunday Friends!!❤️ take this evening to give yourself some reflection!! How to make this week better! Had a bad week last week? Okay. Had a good week last week? Okay. Either way that week is closed and we are on to the next!! The only way to get better is to keep going forward. Further from what we want to get away from. Set little goals for yourself. This week my goal will consist of getting to the gym 4 times (I usually go 2-3). But I want to push just a little harder this week. I want to make sure to log EVERYTHING I eat and end the week with all blue dots on my WW app. My big HOPE for this week is to finally enter into ONEderland, and fall below 200lbs. But here’s something ... notice I said big hope, that’s all it is, a hope. I can’t control the amount I lose, I can just do my best to try and follow my plan the best and if I make it, great. If I don’t make it also okay. Why?? Because there’s always next week and the week after!! No matter how long it takes you are still making progress unless you quit! Let’s kill it this week!

Okay!! This is like my BREAKFAST PIZZA, but MINI PIZZA BITES! 🍕 (6 points blue Plan) it’s so filling you’ll forget to eat lunch!! .
Make the two ingredient pizza dough by mixing the self rising flour and yogurt. Cut the dough into little chunks and flatten. Use 1/4 cup of country gravy as sauce I didn’t need it all so the rest is on the side. In the same pan I scramble eggs, turkey sausage crumbles, and fat free mozzarella all together . AirFried at 400 for 6 mins or you can do in oven until golden brown. .

💙2 eggs- 0 points
💙1/4 fat free mozzarella- 0 points
💙 1/4 Jimmy dean turkey sausage crumbles - 1 point

AND I ZIPPED IT!!! All by myself!! 🚨8 weeks ago it didn’t even pretend to fit! 🚨2 weeks ago Zak was able to zip it but it was just about 2 inches from top! 🚨Today I took it to the alterations place (it’s to long) and she needed me to put it on to be able to see how short to make it and I assumed I’d need her to zip me in. BUT I DID THE DANG THING!!! I’m so excited!! Just 2 consistent weeks makes difference, 2 consistent months and boom you could really be making a difference!! ❤️❤️ keep going!!!

Quick throw together!! (8 points total blue plan 💙) Spaghetti and meatballs!! Little more in points but is very filling!! Microwave the spaghetti and meatballs then mix, top with cheese and good to go!
💙Target brand Turkey meatballs: 3 meat balls cut up (2 points)
💙Birds Eye veggie made spaghetti style with marinara- 1/2 cup cooked (5 points)

Don't let anyone stop you from doing what you want to do. Whether it is your lifestyle, your health journey, you choice of business, your sense of community - it is YOURS!
THEY DON'T GET TO JUDGE!! If they feel entitled to judge you, they are not meant to be there. Your community is all in who you want to be there. It will come natural, and you will know!! Focus on THEM! They are the real ones.
If you start a new business or career, your community cheers you on. If you start a new health journey, your community says YOU GOT THIS. If you aspire to just be vulnerable and show the world what you are made of, your community will be there!

I got a DANNON light and fit Greek yogurt toasted marshmallow (2 points), then I opened a pack of Swiss miss Reduced calories hot chocolate packet (use Less than 1/2 a tbsp and it’s 0 points!), then add 1 tbsp of graham cracker crumbs (1 point) and just mix it in!! Quick and easy.

Weigh In Day! -2.8lbs. Total -11.4!! Excited about this because my losses are usually -.5 to -1.8!! So this is good!! I’m excited to keep going because even if I lost 1lbs a week I’d be at my goal weight this year!! So let’s do this 2020!!! The best part is I’m finding so many NSV (non-scale victories). I challenge you even if you gained this week, track good this week and keep going!!! Where will you be if you commit to yourself for 30 days? & then another 30 days!! .

Look what I created!! 7 point Dessert Apple Pizza! 7 points for the whole thing! This needs an award lol. Jk but it gives me all the cicis apple pie pizza vibes!! I was really craving this so I had to make my own!! So here’s what I have:
💙WW BLUE PLAN
1/3 Great Value Self rising flour- 4 points
1/3 cup Nonfat Greek yogurt- 0points
Cinnamon- as desired- 0pts
1/3 cup of apple pie filling- 2points (I dice up the apple chunks so they aren’t huge)
3/4 Tbsp of Truvia Brown Sugar (I added picture of it)- 1 point
I can’t believe it’s not butter spray butter (6ish sprays)- 0 points
Make the 2 ingredient dough add cinnamon TO THE DOUGH, roll out like a pizza crust. Measure out apple pie filling and chop it up so that way they aren’t huge chunks. Spread on top evenly. Sprinkle the brown sugar on top. Spray with spray butter all over. Bake at 400* for 9-12 mins (until crust is done). I used airfryer. Cut and enjoy!! Come back and comment if you loved it!! I’m so glad It came out how it came to my head!! .

My weigh in days are Thursday. Today I’m down another 1.2lbs, slow loss is STILL loss!! I’m happy with it for a few reasons. 1. TMI - but it’s that time of the month, and yes that’s extra info but you need to know that this time is when our bodies retain water, get out of wack, we sometimes have cravings. STAY CONSISTENT through this time because I bet you it’s gonna pay off next week! GIVE YOURSELF SOME GRACE! 2. I’m down 9lbs but look at the inches!!! Don’t get to caught up on the scale!! Slow loss is okay, it’s healthy, it’s progress!! Your body will show you how you are doing!!❤️ happy Thursday friends!! . .

Sweet Treat share!!!❤️ so im all about my desserts! Having good treats helps me stay on track. .
I got both of these Enlightened brand ice creams. The cookies and cream was good but also all kind of a almond milk vibe. 3points for 1/2 cup.
Now the Cold brew one... OH MY GOSH!!!!! I could eat it everyday!! And it’s only 2points for 1/2 a cup. 8points for the whole container lol if your feeling it!! .

These options are SIMPLE. Easy to make and filling lunches/ quick dinner.
I made Egg Salad Sandwich & Chicken Salad sandwiches and they were yummy & only 4 points for what you see in the picture (chips are more points). .
I also put a picture of the bread I use for everything it’s only 1pt per slice! Get it at Walmart. .

Chicken Salad Sandwich:

3 cooked chicken tenderloin.- 0points
2tbsp light mayo- 2points
Pickle chopped small- 0points
Pepper as desired
2 slices of 647 White bread: 2points
You do the same thing for the egg salad just replace the chicken with chopped up hard boiled egg. You can alsoooo do tuna salad this way! SunChips scan at 5 points for 15 but instead I do only 14 so it’s only 4 points. Unsweetened applesauce, I added cinnamon, 0pts. Or canned no sugar added pears, 0 points for 1/2 cup!
