Not forgetting our responsibility with the environment, we have an obligation of an environmental safety. We need to own the spaces we inhabit and owning means becoming accountable. Waking up with the responsibility of reinventing the way people access healthcare.

We are not substitutes of govenrmental health programs. We are only trying to create new models for affordable health values, and deliveries tailored to the population needs and priorities of each African.

Each year globally, we are losing more than 11 million children to preventable diseases as a result of inequalities in health and development and problems are worst where resources are least available; those who need more care have the least access: The poor are the most exposed to the risks of hazardous environments, and the least informed about threats to health. It is the poor who bear the brunt of crude structural adjustment policies, unregulated globalization, HIV/AIDS epidemics, malaria, and tuberculosis.

Nigeria has the largest extreme poverty population.

This is the time for us to re-imagine ourselves in a different system where health is the norm and not the exception; where universal access is possible and quality is guaranteed.
