BAD MOOD GLASS
MODERN STAINED GLASS BY BRYHANNA MASSER
WIP shot of a new (maybe custom) garlic design.
This piece was initially created as a custom order but has not been approved yet. However, I decided that I love this design so much that I was going to make it either way! I think I’m really starting to find my groove, or my voice, or whatever you want to call it. And, after being in a rut for weeks on end, this feels really, really great.
As far as my shop goes, I will be having a story sale with a few ornaments around the first week of Dec. (date tbd). My current webshop is going to be closing on Nov 30 and my updated web shop will likely open in the new year. I’m hoping to have it stocked with some sour patch/lemon panels as well as some new works and home accents.
Let me know what designs you want to see below 😊
I am so excited to be working on another sphinx piece. I decided to switch it up and go calico to add some variation on this opalescent kitty.
This piece is NOT FOR SALE, but I do have 3 custom spots left if you are looking to snag a sick glass gift for yourself or a loved one. My customs do not have a minimum so any piece, big or small is welcomed! I will be closing my customs at the end of this week. Message or email me to claim a spot!
Working on this super fun custom piece for .sd !
She gave me the freedom to do what I wanted but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to use her logo and make these badass bedazzled teeth.
If you look closely you may even be able to see a few surprises that will be added!
As a reminder, I have opened my custom orders and decided to add a few more spots!
I now have 5 total spots available again!
if you want to snag a spot for yourself or for a gift, shoot me a message or email me at [email protected]
Throwing out some rough cut shots of the customs I’ve been working on!
I’m past this step now, so things are looking better, but waiting on some supplies so I can finish them up!
Happy Monday!
I spent my weekend working on customs, testing these fused lemons in the kiln, and putting my new photo set up together!
My kiln test went well but things don’t always go perfectly, especially in glass. As you can see, I ran into a few small issues, but overall I am extremely pleased with how these turned out.
My yellow lemon sustained a few cracks and some of the pieces shifted causing the lemons to be slightly uneven. However, with some minor tweaks, I think the next round will be a hit! Sometimes you have to run with an idea and fix the mistakes along the way.
I’m hoping to have a batch of these available as ornaments for the holiday season.
