Try this easy Banana Oat bread recipe⬇️
Ingredients:
two large bananas
1 large egg
1/4 cup yogurt
2 tbsp. honey
1/4 soy milk
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 cups oat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon powder
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. flax seeds
1/4 cups raisins
Directions:
1. For the wet ingredients, mash the bananas, then add egg, yogurt, honey, soy milk, and olive oil. Set aside.
2. In another bowl, mix oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon powder. Then add the wet ingredients. Slowly mix them, then finally add chia seeds, flax, and raisins.
Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 30 to 35 minutes. Enjoy! 😌
Classic Filipino Pandesal
2 cups flour
1/4 cup caster sugar
2.5 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 tablespoon active dry yeast
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup + 2tbsp milk (warm)
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 tablespoon oil
Coating:
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1tsp. dry oregano
1tsp. basil
1tsp. garlic powder

1/4 cups vegetable oil
1/4 cups yogurt
1/4 cups soy milk

peanut butter (filling)
chocolate coins & chips for toppings
Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes
