Here’s the reality.. CrossFit is one of the only other major strength providers in Reno for gym based classes, and we are not CrossFit… but what we are is strength and in a matter of 14 different strength angles. Those are classes! Literally every type of fitness, we have a class for. So if you come consistent and frequent you actually can change/ improve your health.! I wouldn’t work for something I don’t stand for and I’d love to welcome everyone into the gym! Technically we open in early July but because of that we have a cheaper rate that will disappear with the doors opening.. in the meantime we have park workouts where we will meet and workout. We also have nutrition and other great science backed knowledge.
Having a masters in exercise science has taught me make other people’s goals become a reality with knowledge and consistency. So come try us out, or reach out for more info!

It’s French contrast lifting to target fast twitch type IIx muscle fibers. Literally trust me because I’m not trying to take your money I’m trying to make you be recognized on your team.
