It's been a minute (okay, maybe two) 😛... but I have been writing! In addition to another YA novel (and gearing up to co-write a series), I've got a story in the works at Kindle Vella that just went LIVE this morning!

If you're not familiar with Vella, it's serialized fiction (similar to TV show episodes) and is new to Amazon. I really like the format, and I hope you'll give it a try! The first 3 episodes of ANY story are FREE, and Amazon will give you 500 free tokens to start.

Funny thing... I was under the impression the YA trilogy I'm wrapping up is urban fantasy. In some ways it is. Others have pointed out it has a lot of dystopian elements, while still others say it's near-apocalyptic in nature. All of these are correct.
The above quote perfectly describes my stories, regardless of how they're classified. Genre, sub-genre? Doesn't matter. At the core, they're about people. I'm about people. If you're about people too, let's question things and be good to other people.
