Keto Brunch. I made the switch to no sugar in my coffee. That was hard! Do you find skipping the sugar hard?
I’m back!! I had a rough year, with our house hunt, buying, selling and moving. It was very stressful. On top of it we were dealing with some family issues. So the comfort eating kicked in. But it’s never to late to get your health back on track. So here is a super easy keto meal (all beef hotdogs, keto buns, salad and ketone drink). I’m down 7lbs in 6 days. Most of it is water weight but it’s great motivation seeing the scale move, so I’ll take it! We got this! Who’s with me?

When you’ve been stress eating and you need to get back on track….you don’t leave home without your Ketones! I love that I can be back in ketosis in under 60 minutes!

Back on track take two! I’ll admit I’ve had a rough 3 weeks. We went to NF and then to a friends cottage. It’s so hard to stay on point when you’re on vacation and there are other people eating yummy treats all around you. How do you handle vacations/ or social events? Do you indulge and get back on track? Does it make you fall right off the wagon? Or can you resist altogether?

The last two weeks have been “vacation eating”, while we were in NF. But we are back on track for dinner tonight! Grilled pork loin chops and Greek salad. What’s on your plate tonight?
REAL TALK… those that know me well, know that I like Real Talk, and really can’t stand small talk. So here it is… the truth is I haven’t been feeling much like a BOSS MOM/WIFE these days. Our family has been struggling over here, big time, physically, mentally and ya I’ll say it, financially. We had an amazing vacation from reality with some much needed R & R with family, but now reality is setting back in. Not to mention, I got way off track with my eating on vacation, and gained 6 legit lbs, not water weight, actual lbs! So now I have a choice to make, wallow or get back on the horse! I can give up, or fight for the life I want. So after my first shower in days, yup…I’ve been wallowing. I’m about to go live, get real and work my Make Up and Skin Care business. You'd be surprised at how many times a woman sits in her car, on her bed, in the bathroom, in the living room and quietly cries because she's overwhelmed and stressed...But when she shows her face again she looks perfectly fine, unbothered and she still manages to smile and go about her business like nothing happened...Women are resilient creatures. So it was Hubby’s birthday today and he decided he wanted to order Mary Browns for dinner. If you’re not familiar, it’s fast food. So instead of derailing my goals, I ordered Greek. I still got to have take out (so I didn’t feel deprived) but I also made a healthy and yummy choice! What do you do when your partner eats junk food? Do you succumb to the temptation or can you make a healthy choice?
The carb loading continues! But I’ll be back on track tomorrow with a workout and healthy eating! What’s your favourite indulgence? Mine is movie theatre popcorn! 🍿

A HUGE KETO MYTH and FREE KETONES!
Tips for the 60 hour reboot....
See the benefits below of intermittent fasting.
*set yourself up for success.
Meal prep for your family today or have plans set in place for their meals so you don’t have to cook for them while you are rebooting.
*take pics and measurements today
*mindset is everything, you are eating over the 60 hours probably more often than you normally do, it’s just liquids vs. solid food.
*if you have the ability to walk or go to the gym during your reboot you should do so.
*You are not hungry 😋 you are thirsty! Stay hydrated, drink lots of water. Most think they are hungry but truly that is just your body’s way of saying hydrated me. Set alarms on your phone to drink
water.
*stay busy, being busy keeps your mind off of eating, remember it’s all about mindset.
*Be prepared to p**p 💩 celebrate that 💩 the toxins and fat have to come out some way...... 🤣 better out than in! You are cleaning out your system.
*If you end up with a headache that’s ok, that can be part of the process for some. If you have our electrolytes (mitoplex) drink some, if not add pink Himalayan sea salt 🧂 under your tounge. See benefits of both in the comments below.
