Happy Veterans Day to all that have served and thank you for your service and oath to our country
Happy Veterans Day and thank you for your service
In life, we have choices to make.
Some in hind sight are not the right ones, and some are.
Sometimes the choices you make will make you a better person mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Sometimes they will cut you down and send you into quicksand.
Changes always hurt, tear, and rip you apart.
And it’s up to you whether or not you become stronger or die.
I’ve never made a decision or choice about anything that hasn’t changed me and sadly also ripped me apart.
The values instilled in me by my grandfather and mother made me a man of true character but I carry my heart on my sleeve.
I’m their Legacy and will never forget nor betray my heart.
When I first decided to join the army my whole family was against me. No one wanted me to go through those hardships and become a man they didn’t know anymore.
I didn’t hear from my family till I called them before my first deployment.
I couldn’t tell them what I was doing where I was going nor when I would talk to then again.
My grandfather knew what was going on. Said remember that you have to survive. You have to live. And you have to love yourself.
My mother not knowing anything said I love you son I don’t like what you’re doing Or understand it. But I pray you will be safe.
Samuel 16:7 says But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.”
I’m making changes and I want them to make me grow stronger and make me a better man.
I’m asked on a daily basis to arm wrestler. It’s always fun to see what happens.
Wanted to thank all of you for joining this page before it’s all stood up and running.
As always your support and help in my life means a lot. I wouldn’t be here doing what I’m doing without you all helping me.
