I have always been self conscious of my broad shoulders because my mom was self conscious of hers.⁣

I ate almonds for lunch in high school because my best friend who was skinnier ate almonds for lunch.⁣

I did my first diet at 16 because one of my friends that was the same size as me just finished a diet and lost 10 pounds.⁣

I thought I was ugly because movies would always make fun of people with acne, and i had acne.⁣

I didn’t eat carbs after 5pm because a Pinterest graphic told me that I would gain weight if I did.⁣

The more I lived like everyone else, the more unhappy and out of touch with myself I became.⁣

The more I realized what we’ve all taught to see as discipline may be disorder.⁣

And then i came across a fact that truly changed my life: Only 5% of people in the world look like the body you have most likely compared yourself to in mainstream social media.⁣

And i refuse to believe that the 95% of us looking different is wrong, ugly, or not normal.⁣
I am beautiful. I am different. And that is so cool.⁣
People who take the challenge have two smoothies, two snacks and a lightmeal every day for 21 days to lose up to 18 pounds and form healthy eatinghabits that help them keep the weight off for good. 🙌⁣
