Happy ! This year is bitter sweet to me as its my last year as a breastfeeding momma. My little girl is now 3 and a half and has not nursed for the last 30 days, so I am thinking this is the end. However, I am so blessed that I was able to create the to commemorate my nursing journey! The 2022 medal is truly special because it shows that it is OK to nurse into infancy! I still have the 2020 and 2021/2022 available for purchase. It has been a while but a new Breast Medal is here just in time for Fiesta 2022! The 5th annual Breast Medal supports extended breastfeeding, breastmilk donation, and the pumping mom.
There was NEVER a medal to support breastfeeding until 2017 when my thought became reality!
This one has a 21 and 22 to commemorate years 2021 and 2022.
I cannot believe it is my 5th year!!

Ready or Not here I come! I have taken a long break from running and went from 3 times a week runs to 3 times a month if that! I was signed up for the half marathon, 13.1 miles but switched to the 10k and depending how I feel during the race tomorrow morning I may only do the 5k. My motto is I do what I can when I can on my owb timeline and not worry about doing mơre. Life is to short to stress over the would have should haves. Prayers welcome for .e tommorow morning!

1 mile sprint intervals then Classworks with the 2nd grader! Proud of me because I pushed myself out despite the weather. Instead of a long jog I literally did half sprint half jog on my street to stay close to home in case of a massive pour down. You can tell from the pic of my heartrate which were my runs and which were my walks! Plus I had no excuses because soccer practice was canceled...I survived!!

Many know, the event business runs deep for me, from a young child my dad showed me what working a trade show was, this lead to my 20 years of event experience; and now together with and , we are bringing our vision to life. I finally ran today! Well, ran and walked.. I am not promising to keep a run schedule, thats too stressful, but at least I got out to run and it felt good. Pretty hot but was great! Have to start somewhere if Im running the San Antonio Rock and Roll half in December!
