A little introduction

Erica follows as the fourth generation in the family healing tradition of Curanderismo, which has roots dating back to the Aztec and Mayan people. Her family has been practicing this holistic system of Latin and Native American folk medicine in New Mexico for well over 150 years. She has also been licensed as a Massage Therapist for 20 years, and combines Massage, Herbalism, food and energy work to assist in facilitating the healing of the mind, body and soul.

Cori has been licensed as a Massage Therapist for over 22 years, but started learning massage as a young boy. He has been a Massage Therapy Instructor for two different Massage Therapy schools and has been teaching advanced bodywork for 18 years. Cori’s main focus as a bodyworker has been in Injury recovery and deep tissue therapy. Cori believes in whole body wellness and has been using herbs to treat his own internal and external conditions or to strengthen his immune system for his entire adult life.

Together both Erica and Cori have over four decades of combined experience in wellness and bodywork. They came up with the idea of Wayfaring Wellness to combine their love of healing the body from the inside out, and the outside in.

Hello All, We have recently moved to Rogersville, TN. We would like to open a Massage and Wellness Center as to continue our work as Massage Therapists as well as assisting others in their healing journey. I’ve been annoyed with social media, so I haven’t been on here much. But I’m still making stuff here my latest creation I made for my Gransfors Bruks small forest axe.

I find it strange, that we’re being told we should cough or sneeze into our elbow, and we are also being told that our hands are contagious, so we should tap our elbows together (that we just coughed or sneezed on potentially)instead of a hand shake.

This commissioned project was a fun one indeed. A customer asked me to restore this antique Filson Waxed Canvas forest service bag...i was delighted. What a beautiful bag. The first 2 photos are the before pics and the next 3 are the after photos. I also added a patch in which I dyed to match the patina of the old leather straps. Thank you for trusting me to restore this gem.

I’ve been quarantined from social media for a while, but in my absence, I finally got around to tuning up all my axes. They’ve all got their handles tuned up and painted. A new edge grind and sharpened, with new sheaths all around.

This single pocket bag is made from the neck of a bull. The fat rolls in the leather gives to this handbags character. The hand sewn portion of this unique bag is sewn with the softest Deer Suede. Please send us a DM if interested in any of our products We look forward to hearing from you.
