I had company yesterday. I roasted pernil overnight and I also made arroz con gandules for the second time in my life. They were both fabulous. 🤌🏽♥️
I need a proper roasting pan and caldero but they seem hard to find. Especially, a solid(heavy) caldero. I’m open to suggestions.
