Tokwa Guisado: Masarap at Masustansya
Recipe ni Doc Liza Ong
Recipe ng Tokwa Guisado:
1. Hugasan ang tokwa, patuyuin at hiwain ng pahaba. Tapos ay iprito sa mantika ang tokwa hanggang sa maging brown ang kulay at itabi muna.
2. Maghiwa ng konting laman o manok, yung hiwang pang-gisa, ipa-brown sa mantika at itabi din muna.
3. Sa mainit na mantika ay igisa ang sibuyas, bawang, kamatis, at ihalo na ang baboy o manok. Timplahan ng isang kutsarang oyster sauce at 1/4 tasa ng tubig.
4. Isunod na ang tokwa sa kawali na pinag-gigisahan. Hinaan lang ang apoy para ma-absorb ang konting sauce at maging malasa.
5. Kapag malapit na hanguin ay ilagay ang kuchay o murang dahon ng sibuyas. Ilagay na sa lalagyan.
