Despite 2020 has been a difficult year to all of us.
I just can't complain when I look back to all what I've done this past year (2020) so many joyful activities, opportunities, experiences and achievements.
Moreover, we learned to appreciate more what we have. look more to the positive side. be there for each other.

Yoga Toe Stand is a challenging pose that can help open hips and strengthen knees, ankles, and abs. Before achieving my toe stand I had to establish a stronger foundation in standing balances as well as working on postural and core strengthening.
