As a brand dedicated towards children and youth empowerment, enlightenment and education, we join the global celebrations to mark the World Youths Skills Day (WYSD) whose aim is to recognize the strategic importance of equipping young people with skills for employment, decent work, and entrepreneurship, and to highlight the crucial role of skilled youth in addressing current and future challenges, which is in tandem with iFuture.

Quite unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic has impeded academic learning and access to technical and vocational education and training (TVET) institutions, worldwide. And currently, it's UNESCO's estimation that nearly 70% of the world's learners are affected by schools closures across education levels. Hence, the need for adoption of distance training, however, quite unrealistic in some climes due to discrepancies in curricula, trainee and trainer preparedness, connectivity or assessment and certification process.

Nonetheless, the essence of WYSD is to retool the young ones and this is our focus
