Share Like Chief

We are knocking in your hearts to help us support the medical expenses for our Chief (father) that has been in and out of the hospital since last year, 2021.

My father has always been known as Chief at work where everyone depends on him. He has always been generous to every people he's known. Whenever anyone was in need, they come to him and he wouldn't even give it a second thought and offer his help right away as long as he can. He has been going through dialysis for 3-4 years now we his children has been taking care of him, including his grandchildren. I mean how can we not, he deserves every care we can give.

But since last year, when his diabetes and kidney problem worsened, we had to come to the point he needed amputation. And so he did. But every complication also kicked in. So he stayed in the hospital for more than a month in ICU. Thankfully he made it. My father has always been a fighter and we are happy we got him home. But that left us in great debt.

We were gonna find a way to make things work, but he was sent to the hospital the 2nd time. Now the other leg needs to be amputated as well. So it kept piling up and we are now on dead ends figuring out a way to pay hospital bills, medicines, dialysis, checks. We are still doing everything we can, selling property, selling stuff, fund raisings, everything possible.

And for the 3rd time, he was sent back again in the hospital and was hypotensive with COPD diagnosis. But we are not giving up on him. He keeps fighting, we'll fight too.

And so we are coming forward to you, to sincerely ask for your help to be with us, to fight with my father in overcoming this obstacles, towards recovery. We would also like to give our best for him as he did for us, and for everyone else around him.

At this point, every peso counts.

Fund Raising Drive for Chief

Growing up we always looked forward to when our mom would cook our favorite ginataang langka. It became one of her signature dish. It's always special everytime she serves it.

I remember the joyous atmosphere that surrounded us while eating together. We have our fair share of laughter with our own special dish. Now, we want to share it with you. Our mom's special Ginataang Langka.

As of December 9, we were able to sell 48 boxes of these yummy goodies and received donations from 37 donors. We are truly grateful for your support on our fundraiser and appreciate everyone who liked and share our page.

But we are still quite far from our target/goal. So our fundraiser is still ongoing 🙂

We are reviving for the needed financial support of our dear Lando Brines. To his circle, he is known as Chief, a true giver, trusted leader, everyone's Ninong, and a well-loved husband, daddy, and lolo.

For over a month, he has been in and out the hospital for dialysis, blood transfusion, surgery, and other procedures. While vital signs are stable, he is in the ICU for the past two weeks, and under treatment for blood infection and pneumonia.
