This cheesecake has a blondie cookie 'crust', a blue oreo cream cheese filling, topped it with chocolate ganache, crushed chocolate chip cookies, dollops of some more chocolate ganache on top of that, along with some halved chocolate chip cookies 🍪 😋 This one is sooo yummy. All you need is a nice glass of milk 🥛

What I've been loving about every new flavor I make, is getting to try it and figure out how I'm going to perfect it the next time I make it. Don't get me wrong, the 1st one I made was absolutely delicious! I just wished it was more cheesecake than banana bread.. (I mean, it is cheesecake after all!) so this time, I pushed down on the banana bread layer a little after baking it, & I added an extra brick of cream cheese! Of course I topped it with a sliced banana, crushed candied pecans, & my home made caramel sauce 😋 I think this one came out perfect 🥰

Banana Bread Cheesecake 🍌🍰
This cheesecake has a banana bread layer on the bottom, & a cream cheese layer on top. Topped it with a whole sliced banana, crushed candied pecans, & home made caramel sauce 😋 This cheesecake is definitely the best of both worlds.

New York Crumb Cheesecake 🍰
This cheesecake has a graham cracker crust, original New York style cheesecake filling, & has a brown sugar & cinnamon streusel crumb topping 😋❤ Perfect with some coffee in the morning, or some dessert after dinner.

This cheesecake has an oreo crust, oreo cream cheese filling, topped with chocolate ganache, homemade whipped cream, & oreo halves 😋🥰 This was a lot of fun to make. ❤
