The Patriotic Farmer

It's been a long week, but we made pretty good progress on the loader project! Tractor rolled into the shop on Tuesday afternoon and here it is Saturday evening nearly complete! We have a few more pieces to build/weld next week and then it's time for paint! Well, that is after lots of paint prep 😅

Little shot of what we've been up to aside from the day to day tasks. We are building a mount to put a Bushhog 3400 qt loader on our 884 tractor. Building this out of some pretty heavy material. It's going to be SWEET!

It's official! Last of the beans just went in and we are DONE! is a wrap!

We finished up the last of our corn acres earlier today. Hopped in the 3588 and headed off to do some tillage ahead of the grain drill for soybeans. We are just 45 acres away from being done with . It's been a long day, think I'm going to head in and get some dinner.
