Form is king🙌🏻
Here’s a video of me curling a 15kg barbell at the end of my session when my biceps were already pre - exhausted
I could’ve easily picked up a 25kg barbell and curled it but my form wouldn’t be correct.
Biggest mistake made in the gym is ego lifting aswell as the biggest injury causer. Maxing out every session won’t bring you the progress you want! Build a foundation for your training before upping the weights!!

Hey!
I’m sarah and I have just passed my level 2 fitness instructor qualification! And am delighted to announce I’m now working towards being a qualified level 3 personal trainer!
So how did I get into training?
I started training start of last January and it was all going well until boris put us in our first lockdown😫 However I didn’t let this stop me and we were luckily blessed with warm dry weather throughout the lockdown which meant I could spend hours training in the garden!
When the gyms eventually reopened I started lifting at the beginning of august! My strength improved rapidly and it gave me something to work towards.
The first time I ever entered a gym I never saw myself wanting or having the confidence to be a personal trainer. Seeing the mental and physical benefits I have personally seen, I want nothing more than to share my love for fitness and lifting with others, and help them along their own fitness journeys!
