On my complaint. Some mistakes in work were removed. On 3 Billion projects of "200 bedded Mother and Child Care Hospital and work started according to proper steel structure design provided by Planning and Development Department, Government of Punjab. While design also has flaws in it. 70 years old methods of design which are now prohibited so i filed a case against the Planning and Development Department, Punjab for violation of international standards and laws of designing Steel Structure. With given proves of correct method and 70 years old method used by P&D department which is now prohibited in the world.
3 months of study of P.hD level books of steel structure and international research Articles. And using full force. I wrote letters to the President of Pakistan, Arif Alvi sab, to correct these mistakes to save several thousand innocent people lives, from faulty design and before 14-1-23, work was conducted without any design just like mason does. Put steel bars wherever they want. Without calculating the actual amount of load, bending moments, shear forces and compressive forces.

As Assistant Director, Buildings Monitoring and Evaluation (on Additional Charge) and as Senior Sub-Engineer Buildings, Monitoring and Evaluation, C&W Department Government of Punjab.
I got offers of millions as bribe, i refused. I given them only two ways, call steel structure design experts and get proper steel design then you can work or kill me.
But i successfully completed my Reports and investigations. And submitted to Secretary C&W for inquiry and punishment to guilty XEN, Director and Chief Engineer. Copy of this report also sent to All Engineering Universities of Pakistan, Nespak, Descon, Habib Rafiq group. Several International firms.
