We are so excited to be volunteering with The Empowerment Center and bringing a 6-week "Empower Your Health" program to the women in residence. Thanks to Victoria Buker, Coach, founder (located in Reno, NV) for bringing this program to her local non-profit.
IHC is an integral part of Integrative Health and Wellness Group (IHWG) in bringing our passion for health into our communities (plus to network and grow with other IH professionals).
