3. You want to learn how to prep and cook healthy meals.
4. And you prefer to attend classes or workshops in person on weekday mornings or afternoons.

In addition to everything on the announcement, my heart is to connect with and feature some of the local farmers, ranchers and producers our community has to offer.

One of my (Tina's) Breakfast Specialities....may be my only one actually. ๐
Italian toast!! (French toast for other Europeans) The egg is mixed with Cinnamon, Heavy cream and Vanilla. Blackberries and Raspberries bring some color and yum!! And on top is a drizzling of magically sweet mascarpone cheese. **a little powder sugar brings the sweet** (I'm Italian, and will incorporate cheese in every meal as long as they let me)
No need for syrup! Delish!

Have equipment, will travel. Helping a friend save beef and chicken when the freezer failed.
Cooking prime rib is easier than you think.
1. Rub with olive oil
2. Coat with kosher salt
3. Sprinkle black pepper, granulated garlic and dry thyme.
4. Roast in 500* oven for 15 minutes then reduce temp to 350*
5. Cook about 12-15 minutes per pound for medium medium-rare or temp at 135* in the center of the roast.
6. When finished, let the roast rest on the counter 15-20 minutes before slicing.
