Someone once said “A recipe has no soul, you as the cook must bring soul to the recipe” this quote is something that I always keep in my mind whenever I come to the kitchen to cook. Cooking has never been a passion but a hobby that I learned during my journey through motherhood. From making omelettes for my children to making butter chicken for the family, cooking has taught me many things. My first dish is rather a healthy one, something that is diet friendly and easy to make- a healthy fruity smoothie made of berries, strawberries, honey, curd, topped with musli, along with some yummy red sauce paste with some exotic veggies, a perfect combo for a healthy and a filling lunch. For my second dish, I have made paneer lababdan, it is not only high in proteins but my children’s favourite, it is made with cashews, paneer, cream, tomatoes, garlic, onion, one table spoon of ghee and a slimmed slice of cheese. For my third dish, I have a Mumbai-style sandwich made of onion, cucumber potato ,grilled with cheese in whole grain bread, a perfect snack to eat. A meal cannot be complete without the presence of a desert, hence for my fourth dish I have a low calories coconut jaggery laddoo cooked in skimmed milk. As a fashion designer it has always been my first duty to mix and play with my style according to what I am feeling on the inside. If I can’t say much about myself in a public place at least I want my outfit to.
For my first outfit, I have picked up a black sequence playsuit and I have accessorised it with Indian traditional handmade earrings with a same colour combination handmade sling bag and black boots to go with it. For the make up, I have put on an Audrey Hepburn’s inspired winged liner, with a pastel pink lipstick and blue eyeshadow.
For the second look, I have picked up an uneven cut, one-sleeved gown and accessorised it with a choker, a black sling clutch,black wedges and open hair.
For the third look, I have picked out a mermaid emerald green gown and complimented it with tassel earrings, emerald ring and hand crafted clutch followed by red stilettos. Makeup is bright with winged eyes, red lipstick and emerald green eyeshadow.

I have always believed in healthy and beautiful skin as mostly I am no makeup person. I have a very sensitive skin so I usually use medicated and natural products only. In the morning after facewash with Acteen, I apply anti-pigmentation cream followed by sunscreen. At night after cleansing I apply Aloe Vera gel and cucumber on my face and eyes to prevent dark circles and blemishes. I also apply fresh cream for supple lips. I use homemade mask of basan+cream+turmeric once in a week for removing dead skin. I vouch for Shehnaaz Hussain diamond facial once a month for glowing face, besides all these I drink around 8-12 glasses of water and have a healthy diet for good skin.

It is my honour to tell u all about the new exciting ride that I am taking, I have been selected as a finalist for very prestigious Mrs. India Pride of nation 2021.
Here is my Fitness Regime:
For staying fit I always work on my body, mind and soul. For my body I swear on yoga along with power yoga, walking and dancing. For my mind, Pranayama is my mantra. For peace of my soul I do meditation. After my slip disc issue my movements have been restricted to limited asanas and I am not allowed any forward bending asanas. So for keeping me and my body going and channelizing my body, heart and soul, yoga and walking is my way of life.
