KY COGOP Missions

District 1 regional revival has been so refreshing. District Bishop Nathan Baize, felt led to have a district project to help reunite all the churches.

Kiribati is in need of financial assistance. Due to storms on the island they have destroyed the church there. For $3,000 they would be able to rent a location to worship for an entire year. District one has the goal of raising $3,000 so our brothers and sisters in Kiribati can reunite again in a house of worship.

The Purpose Project is a mission to resolve barriers so children can go deeper in Christ to find their purpose! You can help resolve these barriers through donations which will be received at church camp.

This is a new local mission ministry. After a few years of camp directing we’ve seen the need some campers have. It’s important to always meet the basic needs so a deeper learning opportunity or encounter can be achieved.

At each camp there will be a resource location set up where cabin leaders and children/youth can go to get items.

Hello my brothers and sisters in Christ! My name is Moriah Frederick and I serve as your Kentucky Church of God of Prophecy missions director. It is an honor to serve this state. At a young age I was called into the mission field. My church’s harvest partner was Sierra Leone and I was always so excited to hear stories and fundraise. I have traveled with COGOP teams to Ecuador on multiple occasions. I have also traveled alone to Kenya, where I met my COGOP brothers and sisters in Migori.

The vision for this ministry the Lord has placed on my heart is to involve all ages in missions. When starting out, it was difficult to find COGOP missions; however, we have a world wide family both in Christ and in our church organization. Our mission is to disciple and lead mission trips as well.

I currently serve as a children’s, youth, and lay minister at Caneyville COGOP. My husband and I also co-direct Junior Camp in the summer.

I’m so excited to serve with you all! Always feel free to reach out and connect.
