Inform, Educate, Entertain

The Radio 4-style panel show which Radio 4 don't want anything to do with.

‎Chat out of Hell: Episode 1.1 - Bat out of Hell | Not a Dry Eye in the House on Apple Podcasts 07/05/2024

If you enjoy Inform Educate Entertain you'll probably like Chat out of Hell, the new podcast from the minds of Crossland and Wilkinson!

Emma Crossland and Sam Wilkinson know a bit about Meat Loaf but, as they're rapidly learning, not enough to do a review podcast. Still, they'll give it a good old go.

The panel show which rips off popular three-letter broadcasting institutions is coming to Camden Fringe at the Rosemary Branch Theatre on August 13th at 8.30pm!
Witness three comedians face the stupidest job interview ever conceived. And here's one of them!
Applicant #3 is Emma Crossland!

Idiot, raconteur, prone to oversharing and old enough to know better, Emma tells stories of her inadequacies as an adult. Whimsical yet revolting, charming but awful.

Competitive in weird ways, Emma hasn't won any prestigious comedy awards but has won several other IEE episodes, which is definitely what matters the most here.

"Quirky and hilarious. Storytelling is a key component to stand up comedy, and Emma has this down to a tee." Wreck the Mic

Witness three comedians face the stupidest job interview ever conceived. And here's one of them!

Applicant #1 is Alex Beighton!

She was a finalist in West End's New Act Competition, Backyard’s Comedy Knockout and a semi-finalist in Komedia's New Act Award, Funny Women and 2Northdown’s New Act Competition. Performing regularly in prestigious venues such as The Bill Murray, Backyard Comedy Club and Brighton Komedia, Alex is also regularly gay and gross in front of willing audiences across the UK.

Exciting news!

Our Thursday night show at Durham Fringe Festival is an Inform, Educate, Entertain takeover!

The comedy podcast panel show which wholeheartedly rips off popular three-letter broadcasting institutions!

Witness the cream of the festival's comedy talent interviewing for a job at Britain's newest and worst broadcaster.

Faced with a barrage of raucously stupid challenges, they'll act out hastily-written afternoon plays, give educational presentations and wrestle with such soul-searching questions as "when did you last see a horse", "what do you think about individual Battenbergs" and "who's the tallest person you know?".

It'll be unmissable, unrepeatable and utterly unique!

What would a BBC panel show be like with no budget and no quality filter?

What do you think of those little individual Batenburgs?

Where did you last see a horse?

Can you answer a question like "what links science and microscopes" and stretch it out to five minutes?

What would you come up with if you were told to write a play with a title like Twelfth Newsnight, The Third (Jeremy Pax) Man or Huw Edwards's Afraid Of Virginia Wolf?

Luckily, you don't have to answer any of these! Inform Educate Entertain is here to make three fantastic comedians do it for you. The cult podcast is coming to the Leicester Comedy Festival on Saturday 25th February with our friends at Late Stage Comedy!

10pm on 25th Februray, Kayal, Granby Street - tickets £5!
