It's here! Colin spent absolutely ages writing up his Manchester Punk Festival review. It's almost 13000 (not a typo, thirteen thousand!) words which is completely unnecessary but I had lot's to say so here we are. Well, what an amazing couple days

Opening the festival on the Friday afternoon was really special and one of the best gigs I have ever played.

Thank you so much to everyone who came down to watch my set, means more than you know.

I am on the train home, I hope everyone staying till the end has an excellent day 3 at the festival.

Gonna be doing two 30 minute sets, kicking off around 8pm.

What a time! Last night's gig supporting Riskee and the Ridicule was rad!

I don't have any other gigs this year so I just want to say thank you to all the promoters and festivals that took a punt on me this year, its been a weird one with a lot of changes but if you ever have a year where you can't say that you ain't living.

I have been on a bit of a break from playing since a busy summer playing some amazing festivals and gigs.

I am playing an early set down the Carlisle in Hastings this Thursday 22nd around 8pm.

If you're about and not attending the basement kick off gig for Wotsit Called Fest then it will be great to see you. I will be heading to this after I've played though because it is one of the best weekends in the Hastings calendar.

Its going to be a great weekend for music either way.

Beyond stoked to be able to announce that I will be playing next year.

I have been to nearly every MPF since it started so to get to play it is great. Always such a great weekend with the best bands and people getting together, can't wait for this one!

Nothing says a job well done at Boomtown like surfing a golden lion whilst drinking a beer!

It was so great to hangout with all the bands I shared the Shamrock Boomtown stage with over the weekend, Nasty Fishmonger Boom Boom Racoon Calico Street Riots and Casual Nausea to name a few.

Back to work tomorrow after an extra rest day today, its nearly the weekend though folks!

I've been banging on about it a while but I am writing my debut album at the moment, things are going well with it, can't wait to record these new songs and get them out.

Today I'm enjoying the sun in Hastings and looking for inspiration for some new tunes for the album whilst enjoying a few pints.

My next gig isn't until May, keep an eye out for details on that.
