So we redid a room in our own home the 1st pic is the before the 2nd pic is the after. We added an egress window redid lighting and drop ceiling. Tore out paneling added drywall and a bathroom!

Carpenters and General Laborers
Hilltop Construction works for clients in multiple industries including residential, commercial and industrial.
Due to an increase in demand, Hilltop Construction is in need of full-time Carpenters and General Laborers to join the construction crew!
Open to all experience levels. Pay is based on experience.

Looking for hard working individuals to assist in completion of various construction projects in both new construction and remodeling. Residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Must be dependable, able to work independently and have reliable transportation. Must be able to lift 75+ lbs and work 40+ hours per week. Capable of climbing on ladders.
Carpenters - Rough Carpentry to Finish/Trim Carpentry jobs available. Required tasks may include the following:
* Work with blueprints or instructions from supervisor
* Frame buildings, build window frames, doors, staircases etc. using raw materials
* Install and repair molding and trim
* Install flooring, decking, cabinets, counter tops, and hardware
* Take measurements for the size and amount of material needed
* Safely use power and manual construction equipment
* Maintain and clean work-site
* Other duties as required by supervisor
General Laborers - responsibilities include a variety of construction tasks in areas of demolition, site preparation, carpentry and concrete work. Some required tasks may include the following:
* Operate hand and power tools of all types
* Clean and prepare job sites, remove debris, garbage and other materials
* Load and unload construction materials, tools and equipment
* Assist carpenters with building and installation when needed
* Put together and take apart temporary structures
* Assist in framing walls and setting trusses
* Set and remove concrete forms
* Other duties as required by supervisor

Homeowner removed the white vinyl before I got a picture but we installed a galvanized wainscoting and board and batten siding on the house.

Another deck project. Removed old 5/4 top boards, and installed a picture framed top and fascia. This deck is awesome looking compared to what it was when we started.
