Yelwa Deanery Congress Meeting.

FOR GOD AND FOR YOUTH

Good morning dearly beloved. As we plan towards the forthcoming Provincial sports and cultural fieta in Pankshin come 13th through 16th of September, 2023, kindly take note of the following:

1. The date is 13th to 16th of September, 2023.

2. Individuals will register at 3000 Naira per participant.

3. Feeding: Feed yourself.

4. Sports:
Male - Football ( the team that won the football match during our sports fiesta i.e St Andrew of Billiri Deanery will provide a team to represent us.

Volleyball shall be Female/Male. Likewise, Yelwa who won the volleyball competition will represent us.

NB: other players can also be added if the teams need additional players.

5. There would also be cultural displays and all deaneries are encouraged to come along with their cultural troops.

6. Transport shall be planned at the Deanery level, given the geographic spread of our Diocese.

7. Registration deadline for individuals shall be 25th August, 2023

8. All individual registrations should come to the Diocese through the Deanery Presidents who will collect the same from parish presidents.

9. We shall inform the house when the price of meals are available to us
