If you have pelvic pain or painful pe*******on, using tampons or a toy or with your partner now is the time to get a set of dilators. I trust this set from and now when you buy a set or even single dilator, you will get one free!!

Just use my code at checkout- ARIEL6. It’s that easy!

This is huge because these dilators are only one of two that are cleared by the FDA and are also cleared for over-the-counter purchase! I recommend them to all of my patients!

✨ Here’s our 9 months in and 9 months out moment ✨

I now understand the cliche that time flies. In just 3 short months this little beauty 👑 will have been in our lives for 1️⃣ year!

Networking with a really cool company and getting some treatment!

I find it so fascinating how time, your environment, and your community can change you. I personally have not been posting because if I’m being honest, life has been really hard lately. I haven’t been feeling like myself, especially with the new transition of becoming a mother. Little did I know that this journey would be more stressful than I imagined. There’s always been a little voice inside of me that just said keep going, and things will work out, making a conscious decision to do little things for myself has gotten me through these dark times, like spending that little extra time to go on a hike that you’ve driven past for the past two weeks without realizing the beauty that’s hidden here. I’m slowly coming out of my shell and into the person I know I’m supposed to be. Each day I’m taking one little step in front of the other until I get there. I plan to post more about my journey and all things pelvic health. It’s just been an overwhelming task in lieu of everything going on. I’m still very passionate about helping women and men manage pelvic floor dysfunction and continuing my mission to save the world one pelvic floor at a time.

Received this wonderful message from a client I’ve been helping prior to having Avery and being on maternity leave. 🩷

This is 100% reason why I do what I do and I love what I do. Your goals are important no matter what they are. You are important and deserve to be heard. 🫶🏻

Very grateful to have the absolute best clients and can’t wait to see how this one crushes it when I come back!! 💪🏻

I have so much love for my C-section moms. There is so much that you can do to prevent bladder symptoms, pelvic pain and engage your core properly after having a C-section.

Comment ME if you have a C-section scar!

Ever been told:
“just wait until you have the baby”
“It will go away when you deliver”
“That’s normal everyone has that”
“This is part of being a mom”

Nothing about pain and dysfunction is normal! See a pelvic floor PT! Sometimes you have to advocate for yourself and tell your provider you want a referral. You know your body best and PT can help!

This is one of my favorite books to recommend to any one with a v***a 🌹 Written by a s*x psychologist Emily Nagoski to debunk some of the myths about our anatomy and societal norms! You’ll also learn about different mechanism that help accelerate our s*x drive or hit the breaks! Emily also has a new podcast which is worth the listen called “Come as you are” and if you’re a Netflix fanatic like myself you can check her out as a guest analyst on “The principles of pleasure”
