To help balance your hormones and decrease your risk for breast cancer, take DIM (Di-indol methane). You can get this from broccoli. It will help to help break down Estrone (Our ‘bad’ estrogen), which is a factor is growing estrogen receptor positive breast cancer. When you do your monthly or every other month breast exam, try doing it in the shower as your skin is wet and easier to feel. Make sure to check up into your armpit and up into your clavicle since there is breast tissue in those areas.
