Have you experienced heartburn or reflux? You have got to try Gastric Support as a way to not only decrease your heartburn symptoms but help heal the stomach and esphoagus from the irritation that is caused by your heartburn. You chew this tablet and it coats your esophagus and stomach. It doesn’t absorb so it will stay on the surface to decrease inflammation. You only take 1-2 times a day and it’s safe for long term use.
To help balance your hormones and decrease your risk for breast cancer, take DIM (Di-indol methane). You can get this from broccoli. It will help to help break down Estrone (Our ‘bad’ estrogen), which is a factor is growing estrogen receptor positive breast cancer. Products like DIM+ are helpful to take daily to keep your risk low.
When you do your monthly or every other month breast exam, try doing it in the shower as your skin is wet and easier to feel. Make sure to check up into your armpit and up into your clavicle since there is breast tissue in those areas.
Mark your calendars! Check out this event from Daniella Chace on Tuesday, October 17.

Products that you put on your skin should be very basic and simple with no preservatives. Examples of good basic products are olive oil, cocoa butter, shea butter, apricot oil and coconut oil. You can apply them daily after your shower or bath and drink lots of water to keep your skin looking great!
For very soft and healthy skin, try using a dry skin brush before you shower. You can find these brushes at stores that carry bath supplies. It will help you detoxify your skin and keep it soft and healthy.

Valerian has a sweet little flower cluster but the root is what we use for sleep. It’s where the medicine Va**um came from. It’s a very relaxing herb and has a tranquilizing effect. Valerian and passionflower along with hops and sour cherry are found in Muscalm at www.naturalmedicineforhealth.com. Under sleep supplements
Passionflower. Another beautiful flower that is good for sleep and is also calming and can decrease cramps.

Low dose Melatonin has been found to be more beneficial than higher doses. Try 1-2 mg at night and if you are having some anxiety then add some L-Theanine with it.
Sleep well, sleep peacefully and wake rested. It is possible to do that. Try a small protein snack before bed with some magnesium. This will help relax your muscles and balance your blood sugar while you sleep.
