A two-storey residential building situated on a narrow yet relatively long lot typically suggests two firewalls on both sides. The idea is to create a pocket garden in the middle of the property to provide natural light and ventilation on the inside parts of the house.

Placing big mirrors on walls create an optical illusion that tricks the eyes to see the room bigger that it really is.

Here are some Cultural Heritage Preservation projects (after/before) done by our team within the Provincial Government of Bataan. All works are done through the guidelines of the National Historical Commission of the Philippines.

Improvement of Amaia Scapes Bungalow Pod.

The original Bungalow Pod has a total area of 34 square meter. The owner wanted to expand the area but with minimum demolitions. Putting together the requirements of the owner and the restrictions of Amaia Scapes we had came up with a trendy 56 square meter house with a 13 square meter loft. The roof was raised to accommodate a balcony area above the carport.
