As much as possible, consume natural and organic foods , watch your portions, ensure you're combining the right foods.

Attempting to balance your intake of one nutrient to another is detrimental, take in your vitamin D , Vitamin C, Folic acid and Minerals.

I miss the gym but, working out hasn't stopped. You've got to get that heart rate up daily to burn off the extra sugars and calories πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ and help boost your immune system.

I'm sharing one of my magic herbs with you

Hello lovies.. hope all is well, remember proper hygiene is paramount at this time follow all guidelines and let's beat this thing and attempt to return to a freer way of life.

Your diet is essential, avoid too many sugary and foods containing yeasts, use your local herbs and spices and attempt to consume natural foods .

Exercise is also wise 30 minutes or more will do the trick. Drink your water and keep away from mucus forming foods ( milk , cheese , milk chocolates , bread ) etc .

Avoid consuming Ibuprofen at this time use only those that are prescribed by your Dr.

As your friendly nutritionist taking into consideration the current happenings and the current multiple viruses going around predominantly the Covid- 19, I encourage one and all to.

Firstly; Practice excellent hygiene,use antibacterial soap and water to wash hands regularly.

Secondly; avoid touching surfaces and persons coughing or sneezing and placing your hands to your mouth,nose or eyes, the face in general to avoid cross contamination and the infection entering your body though your mucus membranes.

Thirdly; AND PRIMARILY, YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM, IT'S YOUR BODY'S FIRST LINE OF DEFENCE. INCREASE YOUR INTAKE OF VITAMINS AND SUPPLEMENTS AVOID JUNK , UNHEALTHY AND EMPTY SUGARS AND CALORIES.

ATTEMPT TO GET IN 30 -45 MIN EXERCISE AND YES REST IS IMPORTANT.
