My hubby (Neil Moore) manages/coaches both of our boys teams. (U11's and U8's for Ackworth Juniors FC). Our lives revolve around all things football and he always puts in 110% to both teams.
This weekend our eldest boy and his team attended and won a football gala.Their first ever silverware🏆
Not only am I proud of both of our boys, but of my husband, for the time and effort he gives to both teams. Not just on the pitch, but all of the behind the scenes stuff that the other parents don't see. I might complain about footballs falling out of every cupboard in the house, and the cars constantly smelling like a sweaty shin pad.
But seeing the smiles on my husband, my son and his team mates faces this weekend, make it more than worth while.
Grassroots football is awesome, and it is what brings our family together every weekend. ❤⚽️💪🏆

A couple of amazing weekends with the boys!! Tournament 2 weeks ago and finished 4th out of 7, presentation day at boldrewood and another tournament on sunday where we were beaten on pens in the semi final. Huge effort from the boys and a massive improvement from where we started a year ago.
