Last Chance to Join Us for "Anatomy of a Class" – Special Price Ends Soon!
We just wanted to pop into your inbox with a quick reminder—there are only a couple of days left to sign up for Anatomy of a Class at our special price of $200. After October 11th, the price goes up to $250, and we’d love to see you join us before then!
This course has been a labor of love for Martyna and me, and we’re so excited to share it with you. We know how much heart you put into your teaching, and this course is all about helping you take that passion even further. Together, we’ll dive deep into crafting classes that truly resonate—classes that your students feel long after they’ve rolled up their mats.
You’ve probably already heard, but just in case, here’s a quick recap of what you’ll get:
24 thoughtfully curated video lessons on everything from sequencing and anatomy to dharma talks and music.
Two live, interactive sessions where we can come together as a community and explore these teachings even deeper.
Self-led teaching sessions where you’ll receive feedback from your peers and get to hone your skills in a supportive space.
Lifetime access to all the materials, so you can revisit them anytime you need a refresher or a dose of inspiration. As long as our site is running!
We’ve seen firsthand how a well-crafted class can change the experience for both teacher and student, creating something special and transformative. And with your dedication, we know you’ll get so much out of this course.
So, if you’ve been on the fence, this is the perfect time to jump in! Sign up before October 11th to lock in the special $200 price.

Hey Liberation Lab Fam,
We’re switching things up around here! We’ve decided it’s time for a little refresh. We partnered with an artist whose work we enjoyed, who we trusted to reimagine how we present our foundations in pictorial form. Johanna Walderdorff took the words “community, Jivamukti, exploration, asana practice and continuing education along with some notes on each and here we are.
So while things might start looking a bit different rest assured, the same great teachings and community you love are still at the core of everything we do. Please check the full range of images created by Johanna on our Insta bo binstagram.
New classes, courses and a bit more engagement on it’s way. Telegram channel? We don't know, maybe? This announcement is just to reintroduce ourselves a bit. We don’t want to over share so stay tuned.
With gratitude (a fresh coat of paint and some new ideas),
Martyna and Jules
p.s. please check out Johanna's work; link in the comments.
Some thoughts from Jules and Martyna:
"Welcome back to Liberation Lab...
Hello from the other siiiide
I've taken yoga class a thousand tiiiimes
(read that again in the Adel voice if you didn't the first time)
We all have things we've done a thousand times (or more) and will likely do a thousand more. Whether it’s showing up for work, nurturing friendships, creating art, or maintaining your yoga practice, we keep coming back day in and day out. But how do we stay engaged and interested? How do we avoid the traps of stagnation and complacency? And how do we begin again?
A yoga practice often begins with the sound of Om. It’s incredible how a simple sound can have such a profound impact. We each arrive with a day’s worth (or more) of thoughts, hopes, and frustrations. That first round of Om often invites us to set down the baggage we've been carrying and begin our practice anew, with an open and receptive mind. After we settle into class with Om, the āsana and meditation continue the work of unwinding both mind and body. By the end, we feel ready to step back into life fully, refreshed, and prepared to start again.
In this spirit, we wanted to share two things.
First, we’ve highlighted our most replayed classes below. [Find the links in the comments section below.]These are three of our most popular sessions, which you can approach as if for the first time;
Secondly, we want to remind you to take a moment to reset, right now. Wherever you are as you read this [message], we invite you to pause, set your feet, place your hands, and (after closing the screen) chant the sound of Om three times. Sit and resonate in the vibration for a few moments. Once it dissipates, begin your day anew, fresh, as if for the very first time.
We are continuing with the Māṇḍūkya Upaniṣad in Satsang this Sunday August 4th 6pm CET/ 12 EST. Sign up in advance in the comments.

Hey Friends,
Are you ready to take a deep dive into the mysteries of the mind, self, and consciousness? I invite you to join me in exploring Evan Thompson's "Waking, Dreaming, Being: Self and Consciousness in Neuroscience, Meditation, and Philosophy." (Yes, the title is a mouthful, but I promise it's worth it!)
This isn't your run-of-the-mill book club where we chat about plot twists and character arcs. Oh no, we’re going all in. Think of it as a study group for those who are serious about their yogic journey—or at least serious about pretending to be serious.
This book draws from yogic and Buddhist texts, providing rich insights that will make you sound incredibly wise at your next yoga class. We'll not only discuss the content but also critically analyze and explore how these concepts can transform our practice and teaching. Basically, it's like getting a PhD in "Being Deep."
Our sessions will be a mix of intellectual stimulation and probably a lot of "aha" moments. Plus, it’s a great excuse to hang out and pretend we understand neuroscience and philosophy.
So, dust off your thinking caps and join me in this journey of discovery. Together, we'll unravel the nature of self and consciousness—or at least have some fun trying!
Looking forward to diving deep with you,
We are getting back on the road and hope to see you here, there and everywhere!

Our next Satsang will be this Sunday July 7th at 6pm CET/12 pm EST. Our topic will be continuing the Mandukya Upanishad. We've had a few sessions covering this wonderful text but it is ok if you have missed them. Please come join us for the exploration of the self from the point of view of the Mandukya Upanishad
Consciousness is like a light; it illuminates or reveals things so they can be known.
The Māṇḍūkya Upaniṣad is a text that is concerned solely with consciousness in three manifestations; waking, dreaming and deep sleep. However these three are meant to serve as examples of the known to point the aspirant to the unknown; pure consciousness.
The first Sunday of every month we have our an online Satsang and we will be going through the Māṇḍūkya Upaniṣad. Sunday June 2nd at 6pm CEST/ 12 pm EST we will be going verse by verse with some historical context.
This is the shortest of all the Upaniṣad (nice) and is listed as number 6 in the Muktikā canon of 108 Upanishads. What does that mean? Basically that it is a very important text. It deals with Om and the states of consciousness.
This will be a very interesting session and we hope you can make it!
Join Liberation Lab book club starting up again on Sunday, May 12, noon est/ 6 pm ct. Our latest read is “Being with Dying” by Joan Halifax. Sign up/ register here: https://www.union.fit/events/liberation-lab-book-club/performances/rmgxzkl4
