For those who don’t know-
I am Amanda. A multidisciplinary artist/ designer/ creatrix.
I offer workshops teaching the mesmerising art of water marbling, and explore the combo of marbling x fashion design in my practice.

Thank you for being here!! In Aetheria Studio is my baby. It is my absolute passion. I have dedicated my all to see that this vision that first appeared 11+ years ago .. comes to life. In hindsight It’s something that was calling me all along, I had to go through a journey before I was able to see it clearly, claim it, grow into myself, in turn , into the vision.

I absolutely adore sharing the joys of water marbling art in my workshops. (It is derived from Ebru art in Turkey- several cultures have their own spin on it, I explore it in a non traditional way in the studio, which is one of the several reasons why I call it the general umbrella term Water Marbling and not Ebru art)

It is a potent form of art therapy being a meditative experience- one of the fundamental reasons I felt called to facilitate it as well as to share the joy, wonder and inspiration it brings!

The way that no marbling art is ever the same is something that spoke to me- I love having the ability to create individual pieces that are truly one of a kind - a beautiful rebut against the fast fashion beast.

In a world that is so disconnected from heart wisdom, it is my drive to reconnect others to their own inner creative spark, where the soul lives playfully, where love blooms infinitely. Images taken by my gorgeous friend ✨

An exciting event is coming up In Aetheria Studio that you are invited to! Soundbath facilitator and reiki practitioner will be joining me in the studio on Friday evening May 24th for an extra special multi-sensorial marble + meditate event!

A contemplative meditation leading into a live soundbath journey will accompany the morphing inks as you apply them intuitively into the marbling waters.

The phoenix bralette consists of four marbled floral designs which were transferred onto silk organza, and then cut. I then played with different ways I could utilise the shapes as the pattern piece’s for my designs - something I’ll be developing more in my work. It is completed with a quarts crystal hanging on the chest, amplifying the flaming energy.
The trippy goddess skirt is a mixture of silk satin panels with marbled organza pleats bursting out of them, which were then draped to create extra volume and play- with a bustle back detail

Such an incredible evening that went in the blink of an eye, after two months of extreme dedication. What a special moment to enjoy the fruits of thy passionate labour, amongst an absolutely gorgeous team of shining individuals who i’d like to thank from the bottom of my heart for making all of it possible !!
It isn’t easy to follow your passion and a lot of sacrifice is required along the way. But it is 100% worth it when you are doing what you truly love and wish to spread it out in the world.
I’m so proud of how far I’ve come, who would have thought I used to have too much anxiety to go ahead with the fashion shows back in uni days. Getting in touch with my unique craft and gaining confidence in it that it’s “my thing” has been a fantastic journey of healing and self discovery. This is why alongside developing expressive, whimsical designs to purchase and play in, inviting others into my world and offering more ways to be included in the magical process is something that I will continue to expand upon, as there is a plethora of inspiration to be found within this practice.

I’m excited to share all of the amazing photos in the coming days / weeks. Maybe you can help me decide which looks I should replicate first so you can wear them too! Water marbling workshops are also available to book in over the coming months, if you wish to have a try yourself, I take both open classes and group bookings.

Harlow Loves Daisy presents 'Celestial', a magnificent runway event, presenting the creative imagination and passion of 11 independent Designers of luxury Bohemian, Couture and Artisan collections.  Tickets are limited and selling quickly, so please book your ticket(s) now, so as not to miss out on a night of FUN, FASHION and FUNDRAISING  for a very worthy organisation, the Australian Endometrial Cancer Foundation.

Hello out there ! Coming through to update you all that I am back ! So workshops are back on. After spending time in Italy (and Greece) my confidence in what I am offering has only solidified. What we do In Aetheria is truly a one of a kind experience as well as product/art/design (we be covering all the boxes and making up new ones as we go) and I am so excited for it to continue expanding as I know it will. Soon, there will be water marbling kits available to purchase in the website shop as well as in the physical studio ✨

All of us possess the capacity to connect to the stream of divinely inspired creativity… sometimes it just takes a little more training, and experimenting what works for our individual flavour.

A marbling workshop In Aetheria will be held tomorrow afternoon at 3pm as part of the __________Attendees will be marbling 100% cotton fabric to utilise as decor within their homes. It’s a great way to use as a starting point in decorating, matching furniture etc to the colours chosen within the marbling. Or - Could go the opposite way if working with pre-exisiting decor and use colours already in a space ✨. Photos by
