Running through the countryside, the forest, the beach or the park is much healthier for the body and mind than using the treadmill in the gym. Although in both cases we burn calories, release tension, sweat and move the body, the truth is that running outdoors is more beneficial.
This sport modality does not require much expense, since we only need suitable footwear. In addition everyone can do it at their own pace, no coach or anything like that is required, as long as we do it in an amateur way.
