It’s here, my darlings xx I picked up half of the first print run of my new journal “The Things I Wish For You” on Friday and I have been packaging and shipping since, hence my quiet-ish-ness. It’s come out really beautiful and it was a joy to make this. A lot easier to make than my The Power of Mess by S.C Lourie book 😂🙈 but a wonderful companion to it too because there is lots of space for you to do your journaling from the prompts through the book on the pages of this journal. My poetry and musings are spread out throughout. You can order your copy now on the link in my bio # # we are out of the pre-order phase! My fourth journal and I couldn’t be prouder xx this is why all these rainbow appearances I’ve had over July meant so much. They kept me going with this idea and actually when I went to pick up the first batch on Friday and I got into the car with them, Cyndi Lauper’s “True Colours” immediately came on the radio 😂🥰🌈 I feel like I made this for someone or some people in particular. This was an inspired and intuited project. I hope it gets to them. # # # I hope this reaches you too, wherever you are in the world. I ship everywhere and I am ready to ship out more orders now xx

Ok my loves, new week has begun, my Mid Year Soul Reset is launched and its already started working its magic. I am in my joggers, slippers, a quiet home, catching up with just being, with just breathing and letting be. I actually do need this. Just to be away from the manicness of living and running around and getting so much done. Just to slow down everything on the inside and still be present to all that is my life but from a different angle, an angle that means I am being more thoughtful of myself and my needs. I just had an emosh moment doing a video for the first principle and having a realisation about this past year, live, as I did. The Mid Year Soul Reset with me, S.C Lourie, is just around the corner. I need to take a few breaths. I need to look up and take in the scenery a little.
