Hey everyone!

Settling into our new place in Canada has taken priority for the past few months, but yesterday I spent time painting which was so nice! Felt so great to be back at it☺️ I'm really excited to see how this one unfolds...

Here is my progress so far on my acrylic painting of the iconic Cathedral Cove, New Zealand 🇳🇿☀️

Hey guys! It's been a long while since I posted here as I've been moving my life from New Zealand back to Canada and so have been a tad wrapped up in all of that!

I'm back at it now and have decided to take on something that I've felt inspired to paint for quite some time now - the gorgeous Cathedral Cove in New Zealand 😍

I was lucky enough to spend my birthday there earlier this year!

Here is my progress on this acrylic painting so far...

Here is the progress I made Monday. I think it'll be a day or two more to finish all of the little details. But I'm really liking how it is all coming together now ☺️💕

Nearly finished! Probably a day or two of work left to call this commissioned acrylic piece finished 💕☺️Looking forward to presenting it to my client!

This painting makes me want to hold on to every last moment of summer here...you can feel the chill in the breeze now as autumn sets in. Here comes the windy winter!

This one was so nostalgic for me to paint! I have loved dancing and performing on stage ever since I was about 4 years old and I miss it. This picture reminds me of my days as a dance teacher's assistant of the cute little ones and the exciting anticipation you feel moments before the music begins...

I love using this combo of red, pink and gold 💛 Just a quick practice today, as I have another bigger project I'd like to work on...😉

The food inspired drawings continue. Mmm hamburger...whatever I finish drawing I want to eat 😋 Maybe I should start drawing vegetables...

Hey guys! I decided to get festive with my sketch practice today 🙂 Only 23 days until Christmas! This year has truly flown by.......

This one was a bit of a challenge getting the water right 🤔My first go at creating water with colored pencil - but not completely satisfied with how it turned out. Will keep at it!
