We are going through some uniqe times but remember to see the positives every day. The ozone is healing, the animals are happier, there is less pollution, people have more caution and concern, and it is helping us to reconnect to ourselves and each other. We have a chance now to realise what is truly important.
Use this time well! Read, learn, do soul searching, exercise, dance, connect and be easy, spread love and light to the world. And of course, practice yoga. :)

Our world is going through some unusual times and I would like to offer my help and support to anyone who needs it. Most of us are at home, trying to stay safe and healthy. Finding balance might not be that easy but yoga offers a way and there are several yogic practices for immunity, respiratory health and peace of mind. I would be very happy to share them with you in 1-to-1 video call sessions. All you need is a camera, a mic, and to have Zoom or Skype installed. And of course maybe a yoga mat.
