It's SUMMMERRRR & the suns energy, especially in Florida is all a all time high!! Here is my goodvibes jar being charged up after setting some intentions 🍋

For my experience I always like to let it charge in the sun OFTEN and give myself days to send intentions towards it when I am having moments of yellow.

Then, when I feel called too, I release the energy and give myself a spiritual bath. Pouring it maybe over my feet so I walk with good intentions, my hands so that I communicate or work with good intention, my skin so that my aura screams yellllloooow!

Summer time brings an energy of evolution and growth. While also reminding us to keep our feet on the ground while appreciating the sun 🌱

Todays card pull clarified the change! Take what resonates and leave the rest ✨

Spirit of the West , Soul Loss, & Birch speaks to a change that many resist! This energy is telling us to RELAX!! It is okay to want to hide and replenish your soul in order for you to come back and bring more light to the world. The is a reminder to not where the world on your shoulders, but to light a path with in the world 🌱

Change does not always mean productivity. Sometimes change means slowing down, listening to your body, listening to spirit, listening to the silence.
