•SOFT BROME• At this time of year the Welsh fields and commons are the home to so many beautiful, native grasses.

Soft Brome reminds me of carefree Summer’s of yesteryear, laying in long grasses with very little to do 🌾

This print is a combination of Lino and Cyanotype processes. One half of the image represents the deep blue skies appearing through Soft Brome, as you lay and let your mind wander.

This is an original print. Only one of this exact image will be made.

A touch of gold leaf to brighten the wheat. This is off to its new home Pitchfork & Provision tomorrow.

I had the absolute joy of hosting my first studio/home workshop today for a really special couple. A birthday gift from the thoughtful wife to a very willing husband. The outcomes were incredible. We went through the full print process, ate brownies, drank copious amounts of tea and coffee and print an edition of prints. A perfect hideaway for a rainy day.

👋🏼 We have a new logo, a little rebrand designed by me! Yes, I’m also a digital practitioner who has cater for your design needs.

I won’t tell you how many variations there are of this design but it’s all part of the process. I put it to a panel of my learners and this was the chosen design.

I really hope you guys like it 🙈 it’s so nerve wracking changing it.

The first print batch of the Tarot ‘The Lovers’ card is drying in the print studio. It’s feels great to get back into the print space with no stock printing panic. Just a little hour of first edition printing. Perfect! Order details to follow.

A wonderful afternoon spent .design.uwtsd exploring print processes. As staff we took the students from to explore HE courses and experience the resources and expertise of staff and technicians. Using both Risographic and letter press printing, typographic play was at hand.

What an absolute treat! A direction definitely work building on. Wonderful space and supportive staff. The biggest thanks!

Last market of the year. I’ve had a really week of 4 markets. Meeting amazing customers, mostly repeat customers 😍 and catching up with my market girls.

I’m not the most festive person but also not quite a grinch 🙈 but I’ve loved this festive market culture. Really loved it.

Oh my goodness. What is not to love about ‘s creative space. Artist space, workshop space, gallery shop and coffee shop. A true haven ❤️

This makes me burst when I see my work there.

I’m in the process of making two ‘Meadow’ prints for a customer to compliment a brand new beautiful home interior. The great thing about these pieces is that they sit at approximately A1 in size and are printed onto the most beautiful Fabrino rose paper from 🌹

I love creating these pieces as I actually print with plants. The gentle pressing of the plants and flowers can often leave a soft fragrance on the paper, particularly when I’m using Lavender.

The weather is so stinky outside that a dog walk and grocery pick up is all the outside I shall be doing today. It’s a great excuse to lock myself away and prepare stock for orders and markets.
