THE POWER OF MUSIC
Isn't it powerful how a song can trigger a thought that creates a feeling and emotion good or bad? π₯°π
A song can take us right back to a memory clear as day like your watching it back like a movie feeling the same feelings from that time almost like your reliving it caught up in the moment good of bad memory or feelings of joy or pain.
Words are so powerful like casting a spell to the mind. π§
Sometimes fueling our thoughts when we are already feeling low can be detrimental and keep us caught up in the emotional experience for longer.
Everyone's inner perception is different depending on our own story and beliefs and were you are in life.
π§ Listning to love π songs and going through a breakup π
π§Listning to certain songs π΅ might manifest more feelings of trauma or pain or unworthiness
π§Listning to motivational songs can help you feel energy, motivation and drive this might help with exercise πͺ or completing tasks.
I love π all different music depending if I'm training or relaxing or i want to lift my mood.
I try be mindful what I feed my 5 sences as i no the inpact it can have.
I listen to certain songs π΅ as if there in relation to me to help practice Self love instead of giving the minds energy to a memory from the past unless its a happy one π₯°β€ππ
