Get in the festive spirit with this traditional Nordic and Northern European tradition.
Choosing a tree and looking after it all year to bring into the house on the winter solstice, has now
become a happy and indulgent chocolate centre piece, enjoyed all over the world around Christmas time.
During this Half day workshop you will learn how to bake and create the design for your festive
log. How to decorate and fill your log and also create some lovely marzipan decorations to
complete your finished festive bake
Want to learn how to make Pizza the Italian way?
During this Half Day workshop you will learn the art of Pizza making!
You will learn how to work with your dough, stretch and top your pizza the traditional way. You will also learn the benefits of using a wild yeasted starter to add to your pizza to give this an incredible taste and make it much more digestible.
We will make a Traditional Pizza, a Sweet Pizza and an Oregano and Garlic Butter Tear and Share Bread, then sit down and enjoy this together.
