The Way Up Is Down — Carbon Global I AM FINALLY WRITING IT I have been wanting to write this post for a while, but for whatever reason this topic is so dear to me that I haven’t felt like I’ve had the words to express it adequately.
Sometimes you just gotta thrash it out to a worship song

"Love looks like something" Heidi Baker — Carbon Global A REPETATIVE RAMBLE ON LOVE Love looks like taking out the trash even when it’s not ‘your’ chore. It also looks like saying you’re sorry. Love looks like turning the other cheek. It also looks like standing up for what is right. Love looks like speaking the truth, ‘in love’. It looks lik...

Happy Easter!
https://www.carbonglobal.life/journey-a-worshipper-blog/2020/4/8/this-is-my-easter-message
This is My Easter Message — Carbon Global I have been weary and broken. I have felt a gap in my soul that couldn’t be filled by anything. I’ve had passing ‘highs’ and momentary thrills, great successes and wonderful relationships; not one of those filled the deep gap in my heart.
“This awakening will be different from the previous ones. It won’t be choked out by a religious spirit nor lose it’s power due to weak morals for the sake of relevancy. It will be marked by love. In fact, it will be an overflow of His perfect love, pouring out and fueling everything we do. It won’t just be about meetings and morals, though both are good and needed, but it will be about how we love.”

“While fear is gripping many, His love is casting out all fear in us. Large gatherings are cancelled but the family room is becoming the throne room. Yes, it is becoming more clear that revival starts with family.”

2 Chronicles 5:13-14
The trumpeters and musicians joined in unison to give praise and thanks to the Lord. Accompanied by trumpets, cymbals and other instruments, the singers raised their voices in praise to the Lord and sang:
“He is good;
his love endures forever.”
Then the temple of the Lord was filled with the cloud, and the priests could not perform their service because of the cloud, for the glory of the Lord filled the temple of God.
💙💙💙 yes and amen
“Because I belong to Him, His goodness follows me relentlessly. So in the words of Kris Vallotton, “if it’s not good yet, then it’s not the end!” In this post, I just want to share a couple thoughts on cultivating a heart that is rooted in knowing He is good.”

Your Goodness Chases After Me — Carbon Global I literally get frustrated and yet more hopeful when I realize that God is SO GOOD! That sounds ridiculous but let me explain why. Sometimes, things are so difficult and sometimes nothing seems to work out. Things that aren’t fair or good happen and sometimes it appears He isn’t coming through f...
Happy 9th Anniversary to my wonderful Chris!!!
One day, death will be swallowed up and all things will be made perfect. One day, sickness, depression, sin and all pain will be no more. One day, we will see Him face to face. Until then, let our hearts know Him well and trust His leading. He always leads us into more peace, more joy and towards hope.

Death, Where is Your Sting? — Carbon Global I was not going to post this; I don’t want to use any tragedy to promote my blog. However, I do feel like the truth in this will be helpful to some. So, a loved one recently passed, much too young. I was asked and was VERY honored to accept preaching the message at the celebration of life. Honestl

But this song, that for now I am calling, Oxygen, describes
“Though our sins are scarlet, He has made us white as snow.”
