A few of my outfits recently >>>
I’ve been into vintage clothing since I was about 17. At first I was into it because it was different from what other people around me were wearing. The enjoyment of finding unique pieces and styling them up, the options are endless & so much fun to me. This quickly led onto my love for costume and then followed suit my career in costume for tv & film where I got to work with the most beautiful clothing and really discover the richness of clothing and the stories it tells throughout history ✨
Some pieces in my wardrobe go right back to those early years of my first vintage shopping trips (I’m 32 now!) and I still wear them! 🦋
The fast fashion industry leads you to believe you must follow trends but trends just go round and around and repeat! If you find your core style then you’ll always be able to adapt upon that. Work on those timeless pieces as your base - they’ll always be in fashion in some form (not that you need to wear what’s in fashion at all!)

•Vintage black cowboy boots my friend picked up for me from a charity shop a few years ago! I had them resoled so they’re good as new 👌🏻
•Vintage moc croc leather cross body bag by trusty old marks and Spencer!

•Silk floral scarf I sourced (I literally can’t leave the house without some sort of necktie!)
•Antique locket I brought myself about 7 years ago from a jewellery antiques market in Brighton

~Antique garnet was a 30th bday present from my partner brought in Hastings
~Pink sapphire signet I brought for myself when I got the keys to my shop to mark the occasion
~Antique black heart I picked up at a jewellers in Broadstairs at the end of last year to celebrate a successful year of v hard work!
