i hope we all are managing through the winter blues, i know its it’s been a minute. 🫣 the past few months have been a bit of a struggle, and i apologize for going mia!

between searching for a full time job, the holidays, the anniversary of my dad’s passing as well as his birthday, and winter in itself has made it difficult for me to feel inspired and motivated.

mental health has always been something i’ve struggled with, but even from the first idea of longii swim i have wanted to be authentic and vulnerable in sharing my journey.

i have been focusing on myself and working towards feeling inspired again over these last few months and am excited to welcome a new season and keep building this community.

longii swim’s core value is kindness. to promote positivity and inclusion. this includes acknowledging that we all are dealing with our own unique challenges and that we must first take care of ourselves to be there for others, and to put our best out into the world. ✨

if you are struggling right now please know that you are never alone, and if you have lost motivation it does not erase the worth of the work that you have already done.
